This is for cool cats and their people. I'd never heard of catnip bubbles till I went to kittysit for 2 cats, one of whom is blind, this weekend. The blind cat chased these bubbles and I don't know how. Did he hear them popping or maybe smell them? They smelled like regular soap bubbles to me. It was uncanny but cool. The seeing cat ignored them.

I'm still skeptical of the catnip element. Lots of cats like regular bubbles. Maybe I am just jealous that I didn't "invent" catnip bubbles.

Such discrimination. When are they going to make liver bubbles for the doggies?

Doggies are so denied equal time here at MeFi. It's cute kitty this and spanky kitty that and look at the cool new kitty crap. What a shame.

When did they start making dead fish out of hemp?

That's the only thing I've seen that affects dogs like cat nip affects cats.

As for the doggies, it's probably that the bulk of MeFi live in apartments, I'm guessing, with all thebuilt in tilt towards cat ownership that implies...

My Ex-Fiancee found some of this stuff and it drove our cats nuts. Even my gimp jumped around like a snake on speed for these bubbles.

Those catnip bubbles only work for some cats. My two, both of whom are catnip fiends, are mildly curious about their nature but otherwise unimpressed.

Wish these had been around for two cats (gone to Kitty Heaven): Imp. loved to chase soap bubbles, while Mico slobbered all over anything with catnip.
