And speaking of frogs (see below) . . .   here is a good entry for the 5k. They are still anonymous (until the judges are finished).

And don't go poking around those directories please -- not all the files are called index.html and there is not a directory for every number (so you'll mostly get 404s). Just a few more days. Shhh . . .

let's hope the judges aren't using netscape 4.03 cuz I get a javascript error when I look at it thru that one.

As I recall, 4.03 had the buggiest js implementation (at least on the Mac). Some problem with arrays.And as for you (alice): first of all, you don't even read Metafilter. Second, you are too principled to follow the link. And third, even if you did, it doesn't matter because the whole contest is rigged: the "database" which "records" your "scores" in the various "categories" is just a bunch of slaves in some far off country which do my bidding. I'll alter all the scores to suit my whim and declare the winner based on whoever pays me the most money. Or whatever.
