'The Southern Ocean Beach Club' is the photo-blog of a chef working at a research station in the Antarctic. The photos are rather beautiful.

Gotta admit, those are great photos. You can still feel the lonely in the nature shots, though. Or at least I can.

This one kind of surprised me. That's way more presentation than I would have expected, my impression was that it was all sort of cafeteria-line food. Maybe it was a special meal?
