Well, if you can't afford Wesley Sneijder's wage demands, you try to find bargains when you can.

(Despite the rumors, I'm hoping Liverpool sticks with Anfield Cat.)

I love the way the refs carry them off the field. Also if you watch at about 0:35 you can see the dog drop the bag, then after a quick cut you can see him look back to it, obviously dismayed.

Has that one official never held a dog before? Grip him more about his ribs than yanking on his poor joints, jerk!!!

Dude, it was HIS bag. His!! You'd be dismayed, too!

I am worried about those guys! They were so full of joy! What happened to them? They were not carried off the field with affection.

Those doggies were so happy! The one guy who was giving them some lovin' made up for that asshole I guess. Very cute.

Alas, I am denied joy.

I didn't see the result of the match - but I'm really hoping that if one of the Galatasaray players scored he'd celebrate by going down on all fours and lifting his leg and the nearest goalpost/corner flag. I would have done this had I scored.
I never scored, I was a lumbering Center Half, but still. It could have happened.

Those happy little pups! This is my favorite youtube video this week. I'm going to go play with my little pups now.

You can tell who are the dog people (guy in black giving them TLC) and who are not (guy in orange & red pinching his nose).

Those sure didn't look like stray dogs, so most likely an embarrassed owner had to make a quick trip to the security office.

Most of those players just ignored them. "Too cool to pet you, dog! I am busy seriously kicking balls back and forth with my socks pulled up to my knees!"

VFR Aalen's number 33 is obviously a dog person, apparently his name is Cidimar. He has made a fan in me!
