I first discovered T-Model via a recommendation from a helpful clerk at a record store (remember those?). He looked at my purchases, and then asked, "Have you heard T-Model Ford? He rocks like a cheap motel bed." Then walked over to the proper section and added the album to my pile without any further prompting. I wish I could go back in time and thank him for that. An internet institution -- I had him linked back in the day when I had my radio program, which had a page on the Wayback Machine once but now even that is gone. All that is left is a page for the station on the site designer's projects page. It's been ten years now since I did a show. Oh, man, has time gone by...
