Anytime I've looked through an airplane window my view's been obscured by scratches and dirt and all kinds of crap. So this is pretty impressive.

When you focus at infinity, a lot of close-range scratches tend to disappear. My problem was always getting seated at the ass end of under-wing-engine planes so I'd always be shooting around the exhaust. It is fun to shoot Monument valley from 30,000 feet though.

Looks like extensive use of Ken Burns effect on very nice still images. I have lots of pictures taken out the window of commercial flights. The split second electrical circuit connection to open the shutter is confined entirely within the camera body. What I've read leads me to feel there's no threat presented to navigation or flight control electronics as a result of taking photographs.
