Genius!
It reminds me of the many very specific British documentary series the ABC shows, where an old comedian will slowly walk across the many lakes of Britain or James May will tour toy shops in Cheltingham or a vaguely colonialist old man will recreate the Grand Tour that young Victorian gentlemen would take. They're the perfect blend of relaxing and informative.

The markets of Britain; often a shambles but can be on the cheapside.

This has to be a double. I've definitely seen it before, and not too long ago at that. Damned funny, though.

Edit: not a double, but it was linked early in in this thread.

Get on with it!

This was hilarious! Mind you, I loved Look Around You. Have these folks done anything else I should seek out immediately?

I'm having a complete 'Jack Hargreaves Out of Town' flashback now - eating cheese sandwiches for tea with my Gran while watching Southern Television and waiting for Emmerdale. This is up there with the Scarfolk thread for catapulting unsuspecting people back into the Seventies.

Particularly enjoyed the Titt-Vision logo at the end.

Ha. Michael Portillo, I assume...

I didn't find that funny at all. It shot at surreal but fell short. Or maybe it was satire against nostalgia, I don't know. It's like somebody saw Look Around You and settled upon making a cheap imitation...except that it's the same folk.
