DMCA takedown issued on artwork? Purveyors of lickable flat design uikits, Layervault issue DMCA takedown notice on open source artwork project "Flat UI".

Although thoughts on the matter differ, here is some of the offending iconography.

Is this yet another kerfuffle about design, is there any validity to the claim or is this just another misuse of the DMCA?

I misread this post as "lickable flat design Utilikilts," and my mind went strange places.

Oh found replies on the matter from the LV founder on twitter.
