Really Glad I Didn't Go into Consumer Psychology

The Extraordinary Science of Junk Food A very good NYT article utilizing certain case studies such as Lunchables and Dr. Pepper to explain some of the food science and psychology behind super salty and sugary snacks that have contributed heavily to obesity spikes in the past 30 years.

Interviews with some of the researchers responsible for major hits in industry were especially fascinating, and made me feel extremely relieved that I chose not to go to graduate school for consumer psychology.

Always remember, it's someone else's fault that you choose to eat junk, or feed junk to your kids.
