Benign hacking produces mesmerising "Day in the Life of the Internet"

The Guardian's map has been built from data that is mapped to a Hilbert Curve, rather endearingly inspired by XKCD.

I found myself watching this for so long I worried my colleagues would think I had been hypnotised.
