Wow, this is pretty great!

1) How is this not an anime series?
2) I bet he lost the damage deposit on his apartment while training.
3) If it were me, I'd probably have concussed myself several times while training.

Why anime? Get this guy his own crime-fighting, yo-yo wielding superhero detective TV show. He'd be taking out bad guys in all directions, and then showing cute tricks to the kids.
