I am glad that I followed your instructions and read that because it was awesome

There's actually a good number of Namco properties represented on that site. Like Katamari....

Aw, I was waiting for season 2 to post this. Here's my draft:
Game on!

Penelope and Betty fight an invasion from giant insects from space, using a spaceship they cobbled together, in Galaga, the webcomic.

It's written by Ryan North (Dinosaur Comics), illustrated by Christopher Hastings (Dr. McNinja), and colored by Anthony Clark (Beartato, Nedroid).

It's based on 80's shoot-em-up arcade game Galaga, and it's far better than it has any right to be.

Read it from the beginning.

"Rapper's Delight...I'm not complaining"

Love this.

Wow, why didn't I know about this? I guess I need to read more things that aren't actually said by dinosaurs...

This is awesome. I hope a movie adaptation is in the works. It's like Explorers crossed with The Last Starfighter.

I hate webcomics. All they do is make me wish I had drawing talent and time to pursue creative endeavors.

But seriously, this is great.

I love this, I just wish there was an rss feed I could grab, since I keep forgetting about it.

http://www.shiftylook.com/comics/rss/galaga worked for me. (The site stopped working a few minutes ago though, is why I'm not obnoxiously posting a snarky reply with a screenshot of the page with a red circle around the RSS icon. The feed probably won't work until the site's back either.)

The feed probably won't work until the site's back either

The site is only allowed to load onto two screens at one time. You can push buttons all you want, but until the site clears off at least one of those two screens it won't do anything.

Eventually, there'll be a bastardized version that also includes a Ms. Pac-Man webcomic that will load all over the place and you'll be able to get much further than you ever believed possible.

I love this. I love all of these people; their individual creations are all great. (Anthony Clark also colors for Dr. McNinja as well, I think).

Anyway, this is rad.

Thanks aubelinon, I will add it after the site's back up. I could only find the main rss feed.

It's not loading for me, but... that is an amazing lineup.

I guess the only way this could get any sweeter is if Emmy C. did a guest run.

Note on the excellent shiftylook Katamari comic: it's drawn and written by the geniuses behind Buttersafe.

I haven't read any of the other shiftylook comics besides those two but I'd be shocked if they weren't also brilliant.

Oh man, Galaga, on some long forgotten eighties 8 bit computer was my first videogame obsession. This is brilliant.
