(Probably no fault of journalist Sally Sara, who is excellent, but stories like these shouldn't be accompanied by captionless "illustrative" close-up portraits of Indian people. It's highly othering and gives the impression that the subjects are generic or substitutable. I can't imagine ABC running a story about an Australian family accompanied by generic portraits of "white people".)
