What is best for AIDS orphans?For many children around the globe, not only do they face a life without one or more parents because of AIDS/HIV, they also face the stigma of carrying the virus themselves.....

I visited one well-run orphanage in Thailand a few years back....unfortunately as far as I know there is still quite a stigma attached to the children there-normally an orphaned child would remain with extended familyif possible.
Because of the thriving sex trade in Thailand, and also because Thai males are not particularly known for their faithfulness, there are unfortunately quite a number of children affected by HIV there.
