The new season of Netflix's "Arrested Development" pranks the internet. Warning thar be a minor spoiler inside matey.
Watching the new season of Arrested Development this evening I immediately noticed a watermark on the screen from "Showstealer Pro". What the what what !!?? I actually was watching this on Netflix and didn't pirate something for once!
So a quick Google revealed that Netflix pulled a prank on the internet (and me). They watermarked flashback scenes that they had to video capture because they were unable to obtain the original footage.
They even made a website to back up the prank. Hilarity and confusion ensued.
