a silly place...

a silly place... either someone has waaaaay to much time on their hands or this is the coolest thing i've seen for ages. For those of you who want more explanation think Monty Python but in Lego. it's a movie - so time taken to view this movie is depending on whether your connection to the interweb is butane or coal fired. I've searched the archives and not found this particuar link - but it is a few months old, so apologies to any who have seen it before. I've not been accused of anything for a while.

I laughed a lot Spoon and I usually hate 'silly' stuff. Lego is just very funny. I adored Lego Racers.

If memory serves, there are plenty of Lego films out there.

(Off-topic: I don't think anyone's mentioned the Lego Desk project previously.)

i don't have sound, but knowing the film well, that looked like a very well made piece of animation.

This is actually on the Holy Grail Special Edition DVD as well... I hadn't laughed that hard in a long time.

Why not both? ;-)

Frasermoo, the soundtrack is straight from the film, so you could always just use that.
I must admit I have seen this before, but not on MeFi.

I couldn't tell if the sound is from the original or if it's a modern remake. It sounded too clean to be from the actual movie, but if it's a rerecording with new elements and talents, they did an impressive job.

I'm more impressed with the Lego Clock. Although a computer desk made of lego would be intriguing, this contraption is a little engineering marvel. I was fascinated with lego as a kid. Lost interest in my preteens. Good thing too, cuz had I kept at it I'd presently be living in a house made of nothing but lego. Driving a car made of lego. It was unhealthy. =)

weirdness...it looks like MeFi messed up ZachsMind's two recent posts. Let's see if it truncates mine too...

Oh, and you're right. That kind of lego obsession would not be healthy. Plus the heat of the engine would melt the legos.
