Ain't no party like a Tywin Lannister party, 'cause a Tywin Lannister party ends with everybody being horribly murdered.

But he was so happy! And then he was so sad/filled with murderous, impotent rage.

Whoa, a funny YouTube comment:

Raikagon 1 hour ago:

Joffrey comes in lie "Hey guys, hey, hey I killed three peasants today, isn't that awesome!?" and then he gets all sad because no one else will celebrate with him.

boo_radley, I told that joke to my new girlfriend the other night, and she punched me in the face and threw me out of her bedroom. I am accustomed the Lannister level awkwardness, but much like Tyrion, I'll make fun of the elephant in the room.

Sigh, I guess it's all in the delivery.

I wouldn't call that an awkward recut. More a cut of awkward.

For those of you jonesing for your weekly fix of Tywin being scary, "Going Postal" is on Netflix - it's a miniseries based on Terry Pratchet's novel of the same name. Charles Dance (Tywin Lannister) portrays Lord Vetinari - the anti-hero evil mastermind who rules Ankh Morpork.

The series also has a scenery-chewing, mustache twirling villain's villain played by Hercule Poirot, who is equally entertaining.

He's also a space pirate with a robot cock in Space Truckers, for the completists amongst you.

Of course they're angry. Joffrey was supposed to bring the lamprey pie.

GAAAAAAAAAAH the clicks on the abrupt audio cuts are driving me crazy; use 2 frame audio dissolves people! Sometimes I hate being an editor.

I'm no Charles Dance completist, but that will be great for my collection of space pirate robot cocks

uh, I've got one so far

I'm genuinely fond of Space Truckers and would say it's worth a watch under any circumstances, though circumstances that involve a beer and willingness to watch a dumb movie are generally best.

...I do enjoy hearing phrases and sentences that had never been uttered before. Such as "low-amp electrical wang pulse" or "That's the banjo player's Porsche."

"I pray you allow me a few moments to coordinate my seldom-used reproductive sequences."

Okay, it's settled. I'm renting Space Truckers now.

Public service announcement: when your source material was shot at 23.976, you do not convert to 29.97 progressive. Doing so results in every 5th frame being a duplicate frame, leading to jerky unnatural motion for no good reason. Why do you voluntarily corrupt your video's framerate like that? It drives me crazy. Stop performing these unnecessary framerate conversions, people.

Yeah the looping ambient sound was distracting enough that I kept expecting it to turn into a dubstep remix.

I misread this as Tywin Lannister's Dance Party. Moby sends his regards.
