"Pepper Pike" seeks compensation for psychological injury

John Pike, the police officer whose pepper-spraying of students at a 2011 UC Davis demonstration went viral, is now seeking compensation for psychological injury suffered due to the incident.

LOL. Is he contending that he has something resembling a conscience and it is troubling him?
