CAT!

Cosgrove and Little Kiwi heartily approve, although only Little Kiwi is supple enough for yoga.

I know I can't do yoga without Trilby trying to get in on it.

Yes! Do your cat stretches when you get up in the morning.

When you're done exercising, relax with a nice cat massage with Dave Foley.

It's funny because Cat doesn't know what's going on. Oh Cat, when will you ever figure out what's going on? Silly Cat!

Roswell wanted to play fetch for hours last night, and apparently tonight, too. I'm going to need Tommy John surgery if he keeps this up.

Nellie isn't keen on me taking any form of exercise that can't be done with at least one lungful of white fur.

I vacation with my cat every year. He is my Zen master.

We wake up, I feed him and I eat breakfast (I never eat breakfast on a workday).

He stalks around the house with purpose, I clean and declutter.

He chases other critters and runs around the neighborhood, I run necessary errands.

He comes home and relaxes, I sit down and read.

He wakes up and begins grooming, I shower.

He demands to be fed, so he has lunch and I have lunch.

He sits in the yard and stares at the birds, I sit with him and read.

He lays down for a snooze, I lean back and nap.

It's the right way to destress from the job and reconnect with a body's selfish needs.

When my daughter does handstands, our cat sometimes decides she wants to play. That usually means the end of that handstand.

This seems like a recipe for blood loss and subacute regional lymphadenitis.

Is this post going to require me to exercise? Because I would do anything for cats, but I won't do that.

Yep, I can feel the artery-nicking scratches already.
