The title of the 8th studio album by radiohead probably refers to a 1000 year old oak tree in the Savernake Forest in Wiltshire. A piano dirge is probably the stand-out track.

Is it true that 240p Youtube videos have the audio quality of a 64kbps mp3?

The problem is it came out two and a half years ago, and there's nothing here that really sheds additional light on it.

Hence I'm puzzled.
