Google Will Eat Itself! "We generate money by serving Google text advertisments on a network of hidden Websites. With this money we automatically buy Google shares. We buy Google via their own advertisment! Google eats itself - but in the end "we" own it!"

Also, have you ever noticed all of the steam coming out of a locomotive? What if you fed that power back into the engine? Then it could run on its own forever!

Make that 202 345 110 -- judging from the news feed and the listed stock price, that site was last updated in 2007.

Google has a long and mostly undefeated history of identifying and squashing people who try and game their system.

This ignores that there's a pipeline of external energy revenue coming into the system--i.e., the vendors/websites/etc. that pay Google to carry their advertisements on the Adsense network. All that you're really doing is betting that Google will pass on a larger amount of that revenue than the amount they keep for themselves/their shareholders (a quantity that is abstractly represented by stock price.)

To really close the loop they need to show the ads on generated content sites running Adsense, seeding the content generator with highly ranked Google web pages. And then have a network of Google Compute-hosted bots clicking on those ads.

There are real live businesses that make money by buying Google Ads to drive product to sites that then have nothing but Google Ads on them. Basically a form of keyword arbitrage. Google mostly tries to shut them down.

Isn't this like an employee of a company using all of their income to buy their own company's stock thinking they'll own the entire company one day? By serving Google Ads, they're still advertising on their behalf and getting paid for it.

although, that has so many possibilities itself. What's the point at which the expected revenue from holding more stock and the expected revenue from being an Adsense outlet are in equilibrium?

There's a pretty whiz-bang screenplay waiting to be written about a trio of counterculture artists who start a scheme like this, but increasingly become preoccupied with the mechanics of shareholder meetings and Adsense gaming and hey, when did this become our jobs instead of a joke? In America, capitalism consumes you.
