If Steve Jobs designed automobiles, then this is what they'd be like: Unique. Innovative. Unprecedented.

the optional rear fish tank is what sells it for me. And the Pointy Thing In Front, of course.

Overpriced, extravagant, underpowered. Sign me up and pass the kool-aid.

Can I get that big hood spike on the front of the new iMac?

That looks familiar...

Naah; there's no Pointy Thing In Front. That's obviously not truly innovative.

I've actually taken to calling the Smart the iCar to the point of forgetting that it is called the Smart and being bewildered when people don't understand me. Anyway, if the Smart is the iCar then this is the iCar 2.

They'll build entire cities around that thing.

Not that original 'cause it looks like the street legal consumer version of Ferrari F1 2002.

But does Ferrari offer a fish tank? or a refrigerated glove box?

No, I think they dropped the fish tank because it was causing some drag.

Personally I want the Cliff Dropper, it is a modified rickshaw. "Fear the rickshaw!"

The spike is for skewering Segways.

Um, Steve Jobs doesn't design anything. He oversees designers. What a cheap shot.

Not only that, but I find it fascinating how many geeks don't understand simple beauty.

"Look! It's not beige! Is this that whole "design" thing I've been hearing so much about?"

(No offense to anyone, I know we're just joking around here... but I grapple with these attitudes daily)

'I grapple with these attitudes daily'

the horror....

I always thought this baby looked more like a Steve Jobs concept...the original iMac?

Loved the link, Steven.

is there a point to this link. thing looks like a munster would drive it. What does Jobs have to do with it? (he wont e-mail you anyway)

Amen ... the Jobs reference was: Gratuitous. Pointless. Lame. To paraphrase.

Maybe it's actually more of a Windows design. You know, butt ugly and full of features no one wants? :)

i agree cell_divide. overpriced. pointless. now all they need is a neon green and aqua blue buttony color scheme...

Hey, overpriced, extravagant, underpowered... add poorly suspended, crappy seats, and numb steering, and you've got a perfect addition to the American luxury car market!

No way, dude, it'd be like the Dymaxion!

donkeyschlong: I actually thought it was more like: Bit. Of. Fun. Geez, don't take life so seriously. :) Or is donkeyschlong just your MeFi name, Steve?
