Photographer Tadas Černiauskas and his leaf blower. Last week, visitors to the TADAO CERN studio were invited to participate in a crazy photo shoot where the Lithuanian photographer aimed a powerful leaf blower at their faces creating some incredibly funny facial expressions.

Some of these are pretty good. The one in the banner at the top, with the woman with one eye open, however, is incredible.

If I were her, I would absolutely use that as my profile picture everywhere.

The guys at Instagram are surely on a filter to simulate this.

Most of these look like someone with a leaf blower aimed at their face and are quite amusing; this one, however, terrifies me. I think she's screaming some sort of curse at me.

I find all of these horrifying.

All of these made me giggle :)

One tiny piece of grit in the air stream and your eye wouldn't be feeling great. But safety issues aside, they are funny photographs.

...except for the harder pink and white bits underneath.

A nice, firm reminder that for all the seriousness and severity with which we conduct our day, we're all just jaws and skulls and skeletons with jiggly skin hangin' on for dear life.

I can't help but be a little skeptical that a mere leafblower can bend a person's nose this much.

My next phone will have a built-in blower next to the flash, so I can do this on every pic I take of someone.

Yeah, love them but that guy made me start thinking about photoshop (and start poking my nose in some weird ways).

It is a little-known fact that Skynet tried out several designs for the T-800's fleshy sheathing before settling on the face of Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Y'know, I did spend some time today using a leaf blower. But no one nearby looked like this. Mostly they looked slightly annoyed that I was using a leaf blower.

No. Inspired by this. (trigger warning: Jeremy Clarkson)

urbanwhaleshark: "some incredibly funny facial expressions."

We have such very, very different interpretations of the word "funny".

I am relieved to not be the only one who looked at these and thought, "WOW we sure do have SKULLS!"

Thanks, Metafilter. It's good to have company.
