The New Yorker Jigsaw Puzzle. Unjumble the covers.
Surprisingly satisfying, although trying to do a level 3 empuzzlening crashed my iPad browser.

One of my last workplaces blocked facebook, metafilter and all manner of other obvious time-wasting web sites, but not these jigsaw puzzles. Needless to say I got a lot of puzzles done.

This is a lot of fun! I really like those covers as well. I guess that's a selling point of the New Yorker so I shouldn't be surprised.

I forgot that they did them too, thanks for the reminder!
The "Your shot" photo puzzles on National Geographic are great too. If the black and white shots aren't hard enough for you, you can make the pieces uber-tiny and rotate them so they're not necessarily the right orientation. Plus 12 new ones every day.
