Maybe I'm being picky here, but don't design your page so that your header forces me to scroll every time to see the bottom of your comic.

Yes, the art is great.

I was also hooked immediately by the little, and big, and deadly, and friendly, blue guys.

cute + deadly + cryptozoology + questionable ethics = sold

And also: "space serpents are drawn to ennui" - lol

There is nothing about this that I do not love fiercely. And the last panel of Chapter 1 made me tear up more than a little. Just awesome.

Cryptozoology is a fertile topic for webcomics, and why not? Limitless possibilities for animal character design.

Dante Shepherd, perpetrator of the Surviving the World blackboard 'comic' found a good artist and started PhD Unknown.

Noah's Brother's Ark takes an interestingly 'biblical' approach to the animals that may-or-may-not exit.

And doesn't Faraday the Blob count?

Of course there's Bigfoot and his Yeti cousins and the Abominable Charles Christopher, but cryptids don't have to be tall and fuzzy anymore (if you've been reading ACC lately, Karl Kerschel is working on other interesting creatures).

But for me, there's no finer webcomic cryptid than Scary-Go-Round's Desmond Fishman.

And how could I forget Skin Deep (they walk among us, and they're nerdy!)

Hey, thanks for picking this up, metaBugs! I'm glad some of you like it!

(I also recommend Eth's Skin, for fun cryptid monsterey things.)
