Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist is a live-action web series in 13 episodes about the origins of Ryu, Ken, Akuma and Gōken. Official site.

Made by the same team behind Street Fighter: Legacy, only this time there's a story. A Kickstarter to gather funds was cancelled when private investors stepped in.

Boring. Nobody cares about those bozos. Their characters are so vanilla and dull, Tekken wants them. (Went there!)

Now, a 13 episode live action series about Zangeif, E. Honda and Blanka sharing a rickety old station wagon on a sketchy superpowered professional wrestling circuit... and solving mysteries - that I could get into.

Too much Honda sponsorship, not enough E. Honda.

Also, needs Joel McHale as Guile.

This had some nice, clean chambara. The camera work was good and there were relatively few quick cuts around the strikes.

Hell yes. I'm imagining something like the Super Globetrotters. They get their missions from a mysterious fist-shaped satellite up in space.

Plot of episode one: Their wheels, the Dragon Wagon, has been demolished in 30 seconds. Suspects are a yoga master, a guy with long claws hanging out on a fence, and someone in a red military dress uniform. Who could it be???

Not under the mayor's watch.

I think they've done an OK job. Nothing to touch Raul Julia's M. Bison, but then what does? Ken's hair is ridiculous, as it should be. I would totally watch bicyclefish's version. Man, I'd fund it. Can we have Blanka jumpstarting the van every episode?
