A second Ebola case has been discovered in Lagos, Nigeria, Africa's largest city (with 21 million people) and one of the world's most crowded, with poor healthcare infrastructure. Meanwhile, a man in New York City is being tested for EVD at Mount Sinai Hospital after returning from Africa with symptoms.
