1:14 looks like Bruce from Finding Nemo. They really do just appear from nowhere.

This is the Quentin Tarantino director's cut ending of WALL-E.

Several times in the 3:10 to 3:20 stretch, I heeded Quint's words:
You know the thing about a shark, he's got... lifeless eyes, black eyes, like a doll's eye. When he comes at ya, doesn't seem to be livin'. Until he bites ya and those black eyes roll over white.

You know I simultaneously loath all those SyFy movies... and think they are hilariously funny in a guilty way. Thanks god I don't have cable.

This is my nightmare. I'm swimming in clear blue water and out of nowhere a giant maw comes and chomps me.

I kept jumping and screaming at the video in terror and probably should never go swimming again.

So the Great White is a distant relative of the Honey Badger?

The first scene where it's all iridescent blue and then the shark appears from behind? I jumped and might have squealed.

That gave me the true-blue willies. It was so beautiful, but produced such a viscerally unpleasant response, damn; "and those black eyes roll over white . . ." ---

That's it I am never going undersea roving again.

I loved that! The sudden CHOMPF from below is precisely the thing I used to imagine in the deep end of the swimming pool.

I felt a little bad for the sharks, though. Like, "OMG IT IS THE RARE SAUSAGEFISH, ALL FOR ME." *chomp* *clang* *gnaw gnaw gnaw* "DAMMIT."
