I always thought his work day was similar to the Simpsons scene with Klusty blowing into the studio to do the voice over for his new doll. (Here in Spanish)

If you haven't read the article yet, the biggest revelation is that he refuses to upgrade from Office 2003 because he can't live without Clippy.

I once saw Ira Glass be rude to a fan and it ruined him for me. I know everyone has bad days but I felt badly for the fan and I can't help but think of the incident whenever I see Ira's name.
