Exploring the Invisible

So beautiful. As a young man, I was inspired to go into applied mathematics by reading D'Arcy Thompson, and these images rekindle that passion for the esthetics of biological form and function. And yet, like so many things in our current era, it has a backdrop of ecological and climate crisis--the bee-less world link is fascinating and sad at the same time.
