When cruelty and holidays collide, the weak-willed find solace in self-pity and comfort foods. Despair, Inc. :-( (R) introduces BitterSweets, with messages like "LUV 2 STALK U" and "SEE OTHER PEOPLE".

Is this company run by the loons from Crazy People?

"SOLD OUT - BUY THE OTHER KIND! WE MAY OR MAY NOT PRODUCE MORE OF THESE NAPPY-TASTING THINGS, BUT WE'VE GOT HALF-A-TON OF THE OTHER KIND ON ORDER."

Talk about truth in advertising.

Oh, god, this is great. Perfect valentine's gift for a girl that's as sarcastic and cynical as I am.

Yeah. Despair makes some fun stuff. But wait till you see Delerium's chocolate assortment...not to mention Desire's forbidden confectionaries. Death is more prone to pigeon food.

I remember seeing these on MST3K, featured in the episode "Warrior of the Lost World", with such pleasant thoughts as "STILL MAD", "GET OUT", and "MY NEEDS". To make these go down easier, the hearts were antacids.
