The last finisher at runDisney's Kids' Mile yesterday was Sarah Kate Sligh. Sarah Kate is a runner and a champion.
What a badass little girl. I hope she maintains that stamina throughout her life and achieves everything she dreams of.
So, anyway. It's clearly time for me to stop putting off that run I need to do today.

Sarah Kate rocks. No doubt about it.
Not as a rule fond of Disney stuff but it worked for her so good deal. I hope she can keep on running as far and as fast as she wants.
