So... immediately after the Brigadier says, "There's no one who can touch him in your WHOLE DAMNED ARMY," does Strike Commando in fact shoot a coffeepot? I think he does, but I'm not watching it again to confirm.

I appreciate your making that sacrifice. I assume it's a nod to the scene from Rambo where Rambo shoots up the whole room. There might be a coffeepot in that room, there might not, but the point is he shoots up the whole room. Presumably this is the only way these guys have of expressing their emotions. Rambo shoots up the whole room because he's reached his breaking point; we can infer that Strike Commando is merely vexed. Either that or they didn't have the props budget to let him shoot anything but the coffeepot.
