Nice find! I might find myself using some of these for personal ambiance when my neighborhood gets too quiet.

I think the Derelict Freighter one might be perfect if I ever dig my copy of Space Hulk out of the cupboard.

Neat, thanks! My husband is DMing our current game and he started with some ambient noises and it was a really nice touch. It provided an excellent background to me stealing shit from other members of our party.

I am lost in The Long Rain...

See you in the shadows... underneath the weight of the sprawl.

So as a super-depressed teen I got introduced to MUSHes and World of Darkness and spent a lot of time on a MUSH called DarkMetal. It was a weird mash-up of every WoD thing (at the time, so V-W-M, Changeling and Wraith weren't out) plus CP2020/Shadowrun, set in 20XX in.. LA or something? Southern California. I remember having a character where I coded up a kind of hoverbike; it was all "gritty" so imagine a big overengineered Terry Gilliam thing with two flat "wheels" that provided the hover-juju, all arcing blue. It was a simple vehicle object that moved from room to room but I spent an inordinate amount of time working out little MUSH script-code for it.

What I'm saying is that 14-year-old-me wishes he had this.

Nifty! mynoise.net, which was posted previously, is also handy for gaming, if anyone missed it--it's meant for relaxation, I guess, but it has spaceship noises and stuff.
