Does anyone know why Opera is so big in Africa?

in much of sub-Saharan Africa, the most popular browser is Opera. This is probably because many people in these countries access the internet using their cell phones, and Opera offers a mobile browser that works well on low-end smartphones.

On one hand, amazing maps and nice find!

On the other, I am so frustrated by gif's that I can't stop or freeze, and maps with lots of data with a limited range of expansion.

Maybe the fact that the prefix "cyber" directly refers to steering adds an extra layer of meaning to "cybermapping".
