An Idaho lawmaker received a brief lesson on female anatomy after asking if a woman can swallow a small camera for doctors to conduct a remote gynecological exam. It's really hard today to tell when people are really stupid or just trying to get some press... I'm pretty sure this guy (Idaho Republican State Rep. Vito Barbieri) is just really stupid.
