Yes, that's Timberline Lodge, where the outdoor scenes were shot. I skied there a bunch last year (as late as 12 July; skiing operated through Labor Day). Pretty sure the season won't last nearly as long this year although conditions are apparently okay today on the higher runs.

That's part of what I love about the original Blood game. I played it last year at Christmas on DOSBox, and it's still pretty great. There's a whole Shining-themed "plot" part and a couple of nice levels where they take the spooky hotel thing and beat it to death with a gory limb.
