This is consistent with how I feel at the gym, if not how I act.

Has anyone noticed that the TVs at the gym *always* show the food network?

A friend of mine ran his own gym for a while. He was known to eat meat pies and vanilla slices during training sessions. And Friday afternoons were all about beer. It was my kind of gym.

That guy is damn lucky he didn't seriously hurt himself or someone else with that bench press accident.

Also, he really shoulda drunk a giant milkshake from one of those steel mixing cups while complaining about his protein window.

That was a little overdone, but the side-eye he gets from the guy doing curls while he's eating donuts off the bar was golden.
