Game of Thrones: The Musical – Peter Dinklage Teaser [YouTube] - one of a series of songs for a humorous musical send-up of Game of Thrones. It's all for Red Nose Day in the States (May 21, 2015, 8 p.m., NBC). More on Red Nose Day from the NBC website for the event that raises money for charity; you can read more about Comic Relief and the most recent Red Nose Day in Britain at Wikipedia (and not forgetting the Comic Relief UK website). America certainly needs a Red Nose Day... badly... especially NBC, which has made it their first "Must See TV Thursday" in years. But one thing scares me: "Red Nose Day: Red Wedding"?!?!? (And let's face it, after the Last Episode, any GoT tie-ins are going to be... troubling... okay, I went there, now nobody else has to)

But seeing Kevin Nealon (My #1 "why isn't he a bigger star?" ex-SNLer) saying "this is much better than Black Eye Day" made my day.

(And don't forget, rest-of-the-world; NBC's PrimeTime will be hours after the Eurovision semi-finals. You CAN do both.)

He's got a decent baritone.

You had me at Peter Dinklage. You lost me at Coldpplay.

He's got a decent baritone.

Is there something he has sung in? As soon as I read the FPP, my immediate thought was, "Yeah, Peter Dinklage is a great singer -- this might be cool." However, I cannot recall when or if I have actually heard him sing.

I didn't think it was possible for me to be a bigger fan of Peter Dinklage.

I was wrong.

Thank you artychoke. I didn't realize how much I had missed Bret and Jemaine and Murray.

Is it my imagination, or is he singing in his Tyrion voice?

He did a bit on Sesame Street where he sang that was pretty funny.

The full 12-minute clip, featuring a lot more of the cast, is seriously adorable. I think it's because they all look like they're happy and having fun, and god knows we never see them like that on the show.
