Ah, to glide serenely over a lake, chased by an angry hive of Africanized honeybees...

Oh great. Now hordes of tourists will be hovering through national parks like those on Segways glide through the streets of San Francisco.

As my son says "only use a hoverboard when you really need one." Now I get it.

Sure, that's all very well and good, but what do we do when a mysterious flying villain appears, months after the inventor dies in a suspicious industrial accident?

My reactions:
1. That's pretty neat looking.
2. Hmm, it is a bit loud.
3. You know, I think I would prefer riding underneath a set of helicopter blades, rather than over top of them. Over the top looks cool, but hanging underneath has the advantages in stability and not-falling-onto-moving blades.

We used to go to Lac Ouareau as kids. Blueberries the size of melons, mosquitoes the size of light aircraft.
