		<description>Interesting commentary. It certainly seems worthwhile to try to build a few bridges to some of the radicalized young folks so that they develop a vision beyond spending their lives getting wasted / acting out. I wish this officer luck with keeping things cool with his department, and getting those more hardened types who spoil any situation off the streets.</description>
