This isn't actually light. The kid is Faelan Aragorn, and the future girlfriend site was part of his dad's scheme: "soliciting underage girls to have sexual contact with underage boys, specifically Faelan and his brother."

I just doublechecked Faelan's original site using the Web Archive. "Hello my future girlfriend" is a different pre-teen kid pitching woo via WAV files. Many thanks to the e-mailer who convinced me to recheck my memes.
