6 reported dead, 5 injured in US helicopter crash (via The News) A U.S. military helicopter was downed in eastern Afghanistan on Monday and a number of troops killed in the crash as Afghan and Western forces pressed their biggest attack of the war against al Qaeda and Taliban fighters, a U.S. official said. I am trying to find some non-Pakistani source for this news item.
