NYTimes's excellent collection of data on 2016 presidential candidates

Every day for the rest of the year, NYTimes is updating this fine data set on 2016 contenders. The top 4 Republicans have raised almost three times as much as the top 4 Democrats. Bush, the top Republican fundraiser, currently has almost twice as much as the top Democrat. Santorum, the bottom Republican in fourteenth place, has more than twice as much as Chaffee, the Democrat in fourth & last place. Prediction markets consider Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio the two most likely to win the Republican nomination, and Clinton, Sanders, & Biden the most likely Democrats.

(Biden hasn't even announced yet, but there's speculation he could make a surprise appearance at tonight's Democratic debate. Biden's public schedule for today shows him attending White House meetings during the debate, so unless he's pulling a fast one he won't be at the debate.)

This post was deleted for the following reason: Hey, sorry, this is a good link but we have an open thread on NYT coverage of campaign fundraising that's only a couple days old, and in the name of not having US election coverage take over the front page, probably better to put this in there or hold off and post it later if it keeps being updated. -- LobsterMitten

Clinton, Sanders, & Biden the most likely Democrats.
