I could get up to about 11.3 slaps per second. It's easier if you shrink the window so you can do a quick little motion. Also possibly easier because I use a Wacom tablet; the angle I hold the stylus at makes it easier to get some wrist motion into it, and the light weight of the stylus can't be hurting.

This, btw, is from the episode where you can see a Vulcan boot stamping on a human face, and I'm sure that can be looped forever.
