That is really cool. I hope the culinary lab sticks around; 3D Systems just killed their consumer printer lines a couple of weeks ago.

So there really is no video of it? Perhaps the effect relies on binocular vision and thus a simple video would not show it ... but I doubt it. Video or it didn't happen!
