The Queen is Dead, Long Live Bureaucratic Protocol

"We have not experienced the death of the monarch for over sixty years and most people in the UK have known Queen
Elizabeth as the monarch for all of their lives [...] Once the news has been announced, you may decide to inform your audience or your visitors. For example, if the news breaks during a performance, will you carry on, or stop and make an announcement?" —Advice and Guidance: Category A Death, from the English Arts Council
This post was deleted for the following reason: Hey sorry, this is interesting but I'm not sure what the linked site is (clickdimensions?), plus the misleading title is serving as an insta-derail; fine to repost if these problems can be resolved -- LobsterMitten
Not to mention a warning that the queen is not actually dead...

The title and first sentence really, really made me think Queen Elizabeth had died. So did the tags.

Yeah, I think a rephrase on the title might be in order here!

Yeah, seriously, don't start a title with that phrase!
Interesting stuff.
