Right... I have a poetry portfolio to hand in when I get back to uni and I couldn't work out what the predominating theme'd be. Now I have my inspiration! Thank you, Settle - you've simultaneously made me laugh and proved what a sham arts degrees really are. (not that the latter needed doing)

Dabitch - sorry I should've made myself clearer. I mean my appropriation of Low Haiku for my final project (which will doubtless earn me a first) proves Arts degrees are a sham. And I was kidding. Boom boom. :)

By the way, these aren't actually haiku, by accepted definition, at all. They're short poems.
