Yes, the calf implant guy - that was wild. He was so hell-bent on getting ripped built up calf muscles that he went under the knife for them. And afterwards he couldn't stop talking about how perfect he was, and how every woman and man he met wanted him, bad. It's amazing what a little cosmetic surgery can do for your ego.
