Gold for people who already have enough gold

No no, these people have it all wrong. When you reach the gold level cap, you need to "prestige" by converting your gold into "influence points" with a politician who will be defeated in the Republican primary, then you can start all over again.

Rose gold is just a crappy crafting material you can't even make endgame weapons with.

I like the red gold alloys - but the rose gold are too pink.

I would love pure copper jewelry - but it's both too soft and too easily corrodes. Stupid base metals - or maybe stupid highly reactive oxygen.

I made copper earrings in high school and coated them will some kind of urethane.

There are also rose gold planners (Kate Spade; Dokibook) that people in the planner world go wild for. I bought a cheap Target watch in rose gold as an experiment and love it. Yeah, I'm boarding the Rose Gold Train, choo choo.

I think we need rainbow titanium to come back.

Huh, rose gold always read super old lady to me. Double so for frosted rose gold nailpolish.

I don't like gold. I don't like pink. I do like rose gold.

I don't know myself anymore.

I love copper jewelry and dabble with making some of it. Urethane (and other coatings for copper) aren't really durable enough to hold up to the wear put on rings and bracelets (and to a lesser extent, necklaces). Earrings don't rub against skin much, and certainly never end up in dish/handwashing water.

And there isn't really anything that can be done about the softness issue, which makes it tough to set stones securely in copper, or to want to invest time/energy in making a copper ring that's intended to last.

But, there are lots of great copper pendants, bracelets and earrings out there. Especially when you consider the corrosion to be part of the charm.

I had a really beautiful gold and rose gold pendant in high school, I should see if it's still in one of my jewelry boxes. I don't like pink very much but I do like rose gold.

Rose gold is not always the inevitable elemental precursor to populist revolution...

PHEW, that was a close one

I chose a rose gold wedding band last October and I love it. It looks like a penny that has been smushed by a train!

I'm like jb; fresh copper is my favorite metallic color, less washed out than silver and warmer than gold. But it corrodes so easily. So I like rose and red golds because they have that beauty and stay shiny. Not because it is 'girly'.

We chose to have our wedding rings made of red gold and white gold. The effect is subtle and striking.

I still have some copper bracelets from when copper was a 'thing' corrosion and all. Once upon a time, wearing copper was supposed to help arthritis. I didn't need it then.... Sure need it now! Sadly, all I get is a green wrist without the prophylactic effect.
